April 24 & 25 9 am—5 pm Dahlonega—Captain D’s front yard Cleveland—lawn across from McDonalds (white brick house) Far too many children in foster care
are all but forgotten. We are working to change that with the Forgotten Children campaign. This campaign was created
to raise community awareness of foster children & to aid in the recruitment of much-needed CASA volunteer advocates.
Our advocates work to assure that foster children have a voice in the court process and that their best interest
is always considered. The Forgotten Children display will include 130 stand-up life-size cutouts representing the
average number of children living in foster care in the Enotah Judicial Circuit.
Volunteers are needed to assist with
set-up, manning the exhibit & take-down. Get a free Disney ticket for working for the Forgotten
Children!
